Nevermind. I fixid. Went to rename the category, did not change anything and saved it. That did it.

Hi, I have phpmyFAQ up and running on my site. I added new categories and assigned FAQs to them but the categories are not visible. You can reach the FAQ if you use the tag cloud.
Why can I not see the new categories in the category tree?

Hello, I get a broken link reported in the faq.

The link above generates the bad link if you click NEXT

Can this be fixed?

It worked. It was the permissions for the directories.
Now I'm in the admin area.

Took a look at server logs. DId not know what i was looking for, but finally figured it out.

I had changed every file and folder to 777, which the server did not like. Then step by step i had to change the permissions for installer.php, install folder and faq ...

Changed CHMOD to 777. Now I get an HTTP 500 error when attempting to run the install script.

Can you please let me know what else could be wrong?

Hello, i need some help with the install.
I verified all the requirements with th host, uploaded all the files, changed attributes on all files and folders to 766
when i point my browser to the installer file, i just get the home page of the website.

What could be wrong?
