Yes, I met the same problem, I have to refresh many times to display html editor area (some time up to 3 - 4 times). I have tested on IE6, FireFox, Opera.
my version: 1.5.2

I want to quote some lines of answer under each question so visitor can read before they open to view all page.

I want to quote some lines (can customize) of content under each title, so visitor can preview the answer, they can decide to open to read the detail or pass.
The quote can add picture to attract the visitor.

I have tried to add Open Questions, it is success at FrontEnd and event it sent an email to admin's email address note that there is a new question.

But when I login the admin area, there is no Open questions.
I have tried many time, I use phpMyFAQ Version 1.4.1
