Undefined index: ID in ...

in a new installation of phpMyFAQ 1.4.3 RC1 in the main page

Notice: Undefined index: ID in d:\www\lab\phpmyfaq\inc\functions.php on line 45
in admin page no problem.
someone idea?

strange. Is the language select box visible and does it contain all languages?

yes and works but after a reboot the error continue and other errors:
