My Categories Do Not Display

There is only the main category when I select "show all categories"!

I have 10 categories, 9 under the main category, and the first 4 including the main have a FAQ in them

What am I overlooking?

PHP 5.1.6
MySql 5.0.27
Apache 2.2.4
PhpMyFAQ 2.02

The categories has some user = all, group = group1 type of access permissions. I changed those to user = all, group = all and the categories showed up.

Most entries were already user = all, group = all, but none were showing up. I had to go through and save them again with those permissions, and then they showed up.

Maybe this happened because I switched from simple to medium permissions?

Now, my challenge is that exports all fail, but I'll check that more before I post.
