why loginname can not have digits only???

Hi,
It might be number of users who would like to have their loginname as digits only because of their unique id numbers in organization.
but this(only digits as in loginname) is not supported till now in phpmyfaq.

could you please share your comment on this?

because no one wanted it unitl now. I could add this feature in 2.7.
