Access Denied Error

I'm using the latest version of phpmyfaq, 2.8.9.

I created a test article, but if I try to access it from the admin account or the test account that I made, I cannot access it under the topic, and if I search for one of the tags and bring it up that way, it comes up with "Access denied" for both accounts. I triple checked to make sure that it was indeed under the right topic, which does show one article, and that it's visible and readable to everyone.

I researched this problem and found that in previous versions it was caused by a bug in the software. What should I look at to fix this?

Ok, I went ahead and did this fix (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16371), and it worked.

Apparently this is not fixed for 2.8.9, or I did not upgrade 2.8.8 correctly and the problem carried over.

2.8.9 contains the fix, maybe you check the file inc/PMF/Faq.php
