ASk Question and Add Content stopped working

The Ask Question and Add Content pages have stopped working. After filling out the form and clicking submit, you get an empty page. The resulting url is http://mydomain.com/phpmyfaq/index.php? ... ktion=save

This was working before,....and nothing has changed to my knowledge on the system. I am able to create new faq entries from the admin, and I can search and view faqs without a problem.

Server: Mac OS X (10.2.8), php 4.3.4, mysql 4.0.18 standard

Same problem with same version. Any glue what causes it?

If that disappears with 1.4.1, never mind fixing it, I'm at upgrade process anyway.

it should be fixed in 1.3.11 and 1.4.x.
