phpmyfaq-demo: not possible to add new questions.

When I log on to the demo tool with demoadmin of demouser, it is not possible to add questions.
I get this error: You can not use this form due to missing configured categories. Please inform the administrator.

I found that I could add categories and questions in the dashboard, so my question is not valid anymore.

In the full version of phpMyFAQ, an admin has to create at least one category before users can add entries. The demo environment works the same way, but sometimes the demo database gets reset and ends up without any categories.
