table cell popup menu does not appear in phpMyFAQ 4.1.11

Hello,

I'm using phpMyFAQ 4.1.11 on Debian 12 and I've found an issue with the Jodit editor when working with tables.

Environment:
- phpMyFAQ 4.1.11
- Jodit 4.17.3
- Apache
- PHP 8.x
- Debian 12

Problem:
I can insert tables normally using the "Table" button in the editor toolbar.

However, when I click inside a table cell, the contextual popup menu never appears. Therefore I cannot access actions such as:

- Add row
- Delete row
- Add column
- Delete column
- Merge cells
- Split cells

What I tested:

1. Table insertion works correctly.
2. Image insertion works correctly.
3. The image properties popup appears normally.
4. The element `.jodit-popup-container` exists in the DOM:
<div class="jodit jodit-popup-container jodit-box jodit_theme_default"></div>
5. The popup container remains empty when a table cell is selected.
6. Dispatching click, mouseup and contextmenu events on table cells does not create the popup.
7. The editor configuration contains:
disablePlugins: []
8. The bundled Jodit JavaScript contains references to:
- addrow
- addcolumn
- cells

Browser console checks:

document.querySelectorAll('.jodit-popup-container').length
=> 1

document.querySelector('.jodit-popup-container').innerHTML
=> ""

Has anyone experienced this problem with phpMyFAQ 4.1.11?

Is there a known issue with Jodit 4.17.3 or an additional plugin/configuration required to enable the table cell popup menu?
